Hatchett Creek Leasing was formed in 1999 by Rodney Walker and Joey Hutto. While being in the construction business, together they built multiple buildings and at the height had 67 rental units across the State of Alabama. In 2004, Rodney purchased Joey's share of the  company before the recession of 2008 came along. It was during that recession that Rodney reduced the number of units and transitioned some of the assets into farmland.  Today the company still stands strong with US Post Offices, Insurance companies and many other tenants. The company also has a lot of real estate which they now offer for sale and lease. 

We only offer commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties which belong to us. We feel that we can offer you that personal touch by showing you our properties across the Southeast. We not only offer property sales but we also offer long term property leasing of both ground lease, established properties and build-to-suit.
